Consultants are independent contractors and not employees of Collegizer.

Consultants must maintain appropriate professional boundaries and provide services in a timely manner.

Collegizer reserves the right to verify consultant credentials and remove consultants who violate our standards.

Consultants agree to our commission structure and payment terms as outlined in their consultant agreement.

Payment is required for premium services and consultant sessions as indicated on our platform.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.

Refunds may be available in certain circumstances as outlined in our refund policy.

Students may request refunds for unused sessions within 30 days of purchase, subject to consultant approval.

Collegizer retains a service fee for facilitating the platform and payment processing.

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Collegizer or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit permission.

User-generated content remains owned by the user but grants Collegizer a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary for our services.

Consultants retain ownership of their original content but grant students and Collegizer appropriate usage rights.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
